How Unicorn MD collects, uses, and protects information across our wellness technology platform.

Last updated: May 20, 2026

Unicorn MD (“Unicorn MD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida-based healthcare technology and wellness management platform that connects users with independent physician-led clinics, licensed healthcare providers, pharmacies, laboratories, and third-party service providers where applicable. Unicorn MD does not itself provide medical care; medical decisions are made independently by licensed healthcare providers exercising professional medical judgment. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit unicornmeds.com, use our member portal, or interact with our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, address).
  • Wellness questionnaire data such as goals, lifestyle, and prior consultation history.
  • Biomarker and lab information you choose to upload or that is shared by laboratories with your authorization for provider review.
  • Account credentials for the member portal.
  • Device and browser data (IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP).
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).
  • Communications you send to us (support requests, SMS replies, email).
  • Payment-related identifiers processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
  • To route eligible users to independent physician-led clinics and licensed healthcare providers.
  • To support provider review, appointment coordination, and wellness program administration.
  • To send transactional and wellness communications you have requested.
  • To send appointment, account, and (with consent) marketing SMS and email messages.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To measure performance, prevent fraud, and improve user experience.

3. Cookies, Pixels, and Analytics

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies (including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and other advertising identifiers) for essential operation, performance measurement, retargeting, and conversion tracking. You can manage your preferences at any time through our cookie banner or by visiting our Cookie Policy.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Consent

If you provide a mobile number, you agree that Unicorn MD and its independent provider partners may send recurring automated appointment, account, and wellness messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

5. Telehealth Provider Disclosures

Telehealth services and in-person services may be provided through independent physician-led clinics and licensed healthcare providers operating in applicable jurisdictions, including Florida. Certain services may require review by a licensed healthcare provider before treatment recommendations or prescriptions are issued, and any prescription is issued only if clinically appropriate. Pharmacies operate independently from Unicorn MD. Individual results may vary.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed and only with:

  • Independent physician-led clinics, licensed healthcare providers, pharmacies, and laboratories supporting your care.
  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, communications, payment processing, customer support) bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • A successor in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

8. Data Security

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for healthcare-conscious data handling, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction (including California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, restrict certain processing, opt out of certain advertising disclosures, or appeal a denied request. Submit requests to support@unicornmeds.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
